7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, off-roading, or similar hazardous pursuits. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized individuals to drive it is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and must not exceed passenger or weight limits. Travel outside of the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Kenilworth is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the past 12 months.
